So what is the Biennial? The Biennial of the Americas is an international festival of ideas, art, and culture hosted in Denver, Colorado, that provides a nonpartisan platform for leaders in business, government, civil society, and the arts to examine the significant issues impacting life in the Americas.

This is a quick interview I gave last week to [ICOSA Magazine](http://www.icosa.co/?ref=philmckinney.com) at the [Biennial Of The Americas](http://www.biennialoftheamericas.org/?ref=philmckinney.com) .

I was asked to participate in a half-day session on Creativity and Innovation. As I noted in the quick interview, my personal interest is in [innovating the education system](https://www.philmckinney.com/ideas-generated-killer-innovation-workshop-education) so that our kids are equipped with the [skills of creativity and innovation](https://www.philmckinney.com/teach-kids-creative).
