The Innovators Studio

After 40 years, the pattern is clear: innovation rarely fails because the idea was wrong. It fails because of the decisions around it.

When to commit. What to kill. Who to trust. Whether to leap.
If you’re facing one of those decisions—the kind that keeps you up at night—I’ve probably seen how it plays out.

Here’s how we might work together.

Innovation Residency

The most intensive way we can work together.

A few times a year, I open the studio for hands-on work on your hardest innovation challenge. You bring a real problem. We work it together—not me advising from the sidelines.

What it looks like:

You bring the problem. We work together to pressure-test the decision, surface the blind spots, and find a path forward you can act on.

We go as deep as the problem requires—sometimes a day, sometimes longer. In person or virtual, whatever serves the work..

This isn’t for everyone. I take on a few residencies a year because hard problems keep me sharp.

One Decision

Sometimes you don't need a residency. You need 15 minutes of focused clarity on the decision in front of you.

Through Intro, you can book a single video call. Bring your hardest question—we'll pressure-test it together and you'll leave with a clear next move.

100% of proceeds go to Hacking Autism, a 501(c)3 charity.
